I love practicing yoga in studios, but I’ve got to admit that there’s also something really special about building an at-home practice. It’s so empowering to know that you don’t have to leave your home (or your pajamas) to practice yoga. Your yoga practice can be a part of your definition of “home”… this causes you to absorb it on a whole other level.

Daily Burn did a beautiful job creating the set, planning the wardrobe, layering in music and using beautiful camera shots to bring the yoga classes artfully together. I just love all this because it respects how artful yoga truly is – you are making sculptures with your body for goodness sake! I’m so grateful to have my teaching set in this gorgeous canvas….
