You can find online yoga and meditation with me at or

I have lead teacher trainings in Yoga Tune Up®, RxSeries and classical yoga locally and internationally. I had a blast creating Equinox’s signature programs Runner’s Reset and Cycle Reset, with regenerative yoga strategies for runners and cyclists.

I am also co-creator and co-director of the Dou Yoga 200 Hour teacher training with Yuuki Hirano.

I participated in a full cadaver dissection lab with Gil Hedley of Somanautics Workshops Inc. (That was radical. Did you know you are even more beautiful on the inside than on the outside?) And I am presently in a 3-year training for Somatic Experiencing, a profound form of trauma resolution.

I starred in the Equinox Furthermore Blog video “Soften Your Hardbody” highlighting the benefits of self-massage on therapy balls. Also I was the featured Regeneration teacher in the EQX 2016 Group Fitness ad campaign “I am Somebody, we are Everybody”. They featured me based on an article I wrote entitled “Yoga Tune Up: Not the Primrose Path to Pain Relief” (read here).  I have also been yoga consultant to Showtime’s The Affair.

As you might have noticed from my blogging, I am a prolific author, frequently writing yoga therapy articles that appear online and in various fitness books. I have also been featured on CNN, in the HuffPost, Boston Globe and NY Daily News for my book. Chronicle Books published my first co-authored book “Smitten: The Way of the Brilliant Flirt” ( about personal empowerment through the lens of dating.
