Classes include: Yoga stretches, strengthening poses, breathing practices, self-massage on therapy balls, meditation, deep relaxation & loads of humor.
How it works: Monday – Friday, 8am PT / 11am ET I teach a LIVE 45-minute movement class on Zoom. After that, I lead a 15-minute meditation or therapy ball class (alternating each day).
Access anytime: All classes are recorded and kept on a password-protected webpage so you can access them later if you miss the live version. Classes remain available for 28 days after the live stream.
TOGETHER we will stretch, strengthen, and breathe our way through our days!
You will be charged every 28 days. Cancel anytime by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All levels & Bodies welcome! My specialty as a teacher is in seamlessly teaching to multiple levels and body types at once. I love it when everyone feels included.
So be sure to invite your mom, brother, childhood BFF, AA sponsee, grandpa, and boss.
The Wide Awake Soma Program is a safe, supportive space for us to physically, energetically, and emotionally move through life together.
Words from Wide Awake Soma students…
Committing to 5 days a week is so attainable at 45 minute length classes. I have missed going to my studio but had only gone to classes 1 to 3 times a week before. Now it’s routine for me. Thanks again for holding a peaceful, joyful, light space for us all. – Lynsey M. (Memphis, TN)
Ariel knows how to work her students to a place of peace! – Matt G. (Los Angeles)
Ariel creates the space to delve deep within yourself while at the same time she is fun and real. Her quirky energy is addictive yet I find myself coming to the mat for ME, even though she brings quite the draw. Don’t miss out on 45 mins for you with added bonus classes of self massage and guided meditations! – Melissa S. (NYC)
Ariel’s incredible knowledge of human anatomy and ability to teach to many different levels and body types at once makes you feel completely safe and capable of engaging in the class in the most supportive way for your body and level of experience. And, in typical Ariel style, she balances humor, depth and yoga philosophy in a fun and accessible way. – Liz W. (Ireland)
I’ve known and practiced with Ariel for a long time, from back when she taught at a studio in my Brooklyn neighborhood. I’ve been so happy she’s now offering classes on Zoom so we can all convene as a class from around the globe. She has a truly unique ability to translate yoga practices and physical therapy into language we can all understand, and throughout her classes runs a theme of humor (all too rare in yoga classes!!), intelligence, poetry, dance and just generally a way to connect yoga practice to enjoying your body and your life more. I would recommend this class to anyone from beginners to experts. It’s a game-changer. – Sara F. (Brooklyn)
I attended aerobics classes at a smart gym 13 years earlier, but missed what these had given me – joint movement, composure, all round skeletal muscle capability. I was looking for something that would replace this. It’s great that I can do these at home in the middle of my working day – so convenient. I also feel a strong connection amongst the class and with Ariel, which I find powerful and rewarding, satisfying. – Bill H. (Ireland)
